• We customize a home therapeutic exercise program to complement your therapy sessions and maintain your achievements so you can live a life of healthy activity. 
• We can also work with you on a gym program; however, a gym membership is not a requirement. 
• If you are seeking results for extreme fitness and sports conditioning, we will build a safe but intense program to get you there

Custom Care Physical Therapy is located within Forest Grove Health and Fitness.

FGHF is the only facility of its kind in the area. Offering a full-featured gym including free weights, machines, cardio equipment, hot tub, and saunas, as well as a full complement of health care practitioners.
